JUSTIN MORRIS

Since 2005, Justin Morris has served as field operational manager at Morris Builders, LLC, Prattville, a residential building corporation with a niche in redeveloping older communities in Prattville, Alabama.

In his position, Justin coordinates all construction, ensuring the timeliness of projects and their budgetary requirements. Additionally, he devises plans of action for multiple construction crews and tracks daily project costs within defined budgets; is responsible for upholding OSHA safety and environmental policies and procedures; and conducts daily tailgate safety meetings. He also reports safety and environmental hazards and accidents to the owner and manager of operations.

He has additionally served as field operational manager for the following projects: the VA Blind Rehabilitation Center in Biloxi, Mississippi; Selma High School, in Selma, Alabama; Crampton Bowl, in Montgomery, Alabama; and Troy University Dining Hall.

Justin holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Concordia College, based in Selma, Alabama. He is also OSHA certified.
